Zam forgot to mention that Kevin sent her an email this morning, to let us know he would be on. I was glad to hear him say that he investigated the marriage certificate and found out” for sure”, ( some of us knew anyway), but good to hear it from a pro like Kevin, that it was not written by Earl Best.
I sure wish I could run up there to Reno and pick up the application which is probably his hand writing. That was how I got Jim Phillips writing. It is very true Gary’s story is an interesting life’s journey without the “purely circumstantial” Zodiac connection . I do think it could make a good movie ?

Looks like whoever did the swearing in filled it out as the "J" matches the "J" in Judith. A few other differences between Earl and Judith's lettering E/V/B's from their signatures to the filled out form.
